Assistant BJJ Coach Scott Sperling

Yamasaki Academy of Woodbridge brown belt Scott Sperling assists with instructing and coaching in our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. Scott began training BJJ in 2005 in Seoul, Korea and instantly fell in love with the sport. During his career in the United States Army, he was also a Combatives Instructor with the 10th Mountain Division in Fort Drum, NY. Being in the military gave Scott an opportunity to train and compete all over the US and Europe. Scott is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and brown belt in Judo. Scott’s accomplishments include:
